Commercial Loan
If you have no or low income, except for rental income from commercial properties (existing and new), and/or high existing debt and wishing to purchase a commercial or industrial property for investment purpose, we can help.

However, there are two minimum criteria that must be met:
1. You must have rental income from your commercial properties with good return and
2. You only need to borrow up to 65% of the value of your commercial properties. We will help you assess the borrowing capacity for each potential purchase as it depends heavily on the lease agreement.
